About This Project
Eywa is either the most serious wellness building in the world or the most ambitious piece of theatrical real estate, depending on your tolerance for semi-precious stones. The position is architecturally clear: a 23-floor tower on the Dubai Water Canal, its facade sculpted to resemble Banyan tree roots climbing toward the sky, with terraces cascading like branches. The credentials are serious: LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum simultaneously, a combination no other residential building in Dubai has achieved. The 16 tonnes of crystals embedded in the structure, the EMFIS electromagnetic shielding that creates a Faraday-cage effect throughout, the living water systems with pH-balanced drinking water, these represent the most thorough attempt at biophilic design ever applied to a residential building. R.Evolution is a European developer with 26 years of completed projects. All 50 residences have private plunge pools and private waterfalls. The wellness floor alone spans a full level and includes an Ayurvedic suite, Japanese ofuro bath, infrared sauna, and a crystal-infused Faraday Cave meditation lounge. Handover is mid-2026, making this one of the nearest completions in the ultra-luxury market. Directly on Marasi Drive, with Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai five minutes away.
