Umah Ubud

Umah Ubud by Balitecture is an off-plan collection of two-bedroom villas in the hills of Ubud, Bali's cultural heartland, from 199,000 dollars. Each villa comes in two configurations with a private plunge pool, tropical contemporary architecture and rice field or jungle views, with build areas of 85 to 120 square metres. Balitecture's rental team pre-markets each villa before completion to shorten the gap to first payout. Completion is scheduled for 2027 on a 30-year leasehold, with projected returns of up to 20 percent.
