ROI projections, yield estimates, and market analysis are provided for reference only and do not guarantee returns. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.
We work with developers and agencies to keep listing information accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, payment plans, and project specifications are subject to change by developers without notice. Always confirm current details directly with the relevant developer or agency before proceeding.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, misrepresent your identity, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, and technology on this platform is the property of OffPlan or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OffPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any investment decisions made based on platform content.
These terms apply if you join the OffPlan affiliate program. By creating an affiliate account you receive a unique referral link and QR code. Investors who sign up through your link are attributed to you on a first-touch basis for 90 days from their first visit.
Affiliate commission is calculated as a share of the commission OffPlan earns on a referred transaction that successfully closes. Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard and communicated when you join; OffPlan may update rates for future transactions with notice. Commission is owed only on transactions that close and complete; no commission is owed on enquiries, reservations that are cancelled, or transactions that fall through. Commission is paid after OffPlan has received its own commission on the transaction. Before your first payout we will ask you for payout and tax details; providing accurate details is a condition of payment.
You must disclose your affiliate relationship with OffPlan to your audience where required by applicable advertising rules (for example FTC, ASA, or equivalent local standards). You may not make misleading claims about OffPlan, any listed development, or potential investment returns; may not bid on OffPlan brand terms in paid search; may not send unsolicited bulk messages containing your link; and may not refer yourself or parties acting on your behalf.
You are an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, broker, or representative of OffPlan, and you are not authorised to negotiate or conclude transactions on our behalf. OffPlan handles all transactions. We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that breach these terms; commission validly earned before termination remains payable. We may modify or discontinue the affiliate program with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which OffPlan operates.
