You earn 1% of the deal value on every referral that closes. On a $5M home that is $50,000. There is no cap on how many deals you refer, and attribution is persistent, so you earn on every deal your leads ever close.

Commissions are paid when a referred deal closes, which is standard for real estate. You provide payout details at that point. No lock-in, no minimum threshold imposed at signup.
